How to switch from iTerm2 cleanly
Ghostty is the usual move for a plain terminal and keeps its settings in a text file. If you rely on tmux -CC, Agentastic renders those sessions as native tabs the way iTerm2 does, and it is the option if what you really want is agent orchestration.

Ghostty vs iTerm2: which is faster?
Both render on the GPU: iTerm2 has a Metal renderer, and Ghostty is GPU-accelerated by design. We haven't benchmarked them, so pick on features. iTerm2 has deeper settings and tmux integration; Ghostty is newer, simpler, and also runs on Linux.
Does iTerm2 work with Claude Code?
Yes. iTerm2 has an optional Claude Code integration that shows each Claude session as working, waiting, or idle and opens a Workgroup with chat, diff, and code-review sessions. It covers Claude only.
Does Agentastic support tmux -CC like iTerm2?
